The systematic use of AOI tools in the different production phases, guarantees a SMD assembling free of errors and failures.
The equipment for soldering analysis by X-rays allows a thorough test
whenever direct inspection is impossible, like in case of BGA and uBGA
and the characterisation of visible solder joints in all other cases. |

PTH assembling is performed, through the help of aided mounting working
tables, in areas tailored to the single customer, in such way that
homogenous working processes (same customer / same problems) have
adequate and effective technological answers. |
