Testing

A wide variety of instruments and equipment allows to realise every kind of testing, in-circuit and functional.

For in-circuit test are available test equipments with needles bed (SPEA UNITEST 500ADP,SPEA UNITEST 500ADPSS, SPEA UNITEST 505F) and three flying probes + functional test machines (SPEA 4040).

In the functional test area automatic testing benches are employed, each one dedicated to the specific circuit under test. Fagrel can make available, if required, its highly specialized staff for training by at customer premises.

Fagrel, in strict cooperation with the customer, is able to design and implement, both the software and the hardware necessary for both in-circuit and functional electric tests.

The boards can be submitted to burn-in and/or thermal cycles for reliability check purpose, with the help of three automatic climatic rooms.
