Quality System
Since
1996 Fagrel is certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9000
regulations of CSQ, an adherent organism of IQNET, the International
Certification Network.
Starting from 2002 Fagrel has adapted its own quality system to VISION
2000 rules.
| The quality
system of Fagrel is developed according to the well-known pyramidal
structure: Quality Handbook, Operational Procedures and Working
Instructions are the guidelines for all the activities of the
enterprise, and they are actually the framework of a firm, like Fagrel,
that of customer service has made its mission. |

The technical
documentation, as all the quality documentation is available on LAN
area of Fagrel.
The quality data are processed periodically in the Quality Report, and
analysed from a dedicated Quality Board. They are the operational
instruments to make effective the concept of global quality in the
every day company life.
A careful and prompt analysis of “non conformities”
guarantees to the customer the timely adoption of the suitable
corrective actions to remove each flaw.
